What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
- If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@maccallaessentials.com and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered!
What are your processing times?
- Please refer to our policies BEFORE placing an order with us. Processing times are 1-4 business days. Business days do not include weekends , federal holidays or personal holidays. Emails will be sent to all customers updating everyone if any closure will be taking place!
Processing times can be extended due to high volume order ; sales and back-order inventory! You will be notified when this occurs.
Can I cancel my order?
- There are no order cancellations.
Do you allow returns?
- NO, due to the nature of each product there are no returns; if there is any type of issue with your order please email us photographic proof ASAP!
My shipping label has been stuck in pre-shipment
- Right after your order is placed , your tracking shipping is printed and emailed to your email, this DOES NOT mean your order has shipped that day. That means your order has began processing; ( processing starts the next business day); Once your order has been processed it will be en route to the post office, which can take 1-3 business days for them to update and scan.
My address is wrong on my order.. HELP!
I emailed/called/ text and haven't received a response?
- Emails/ Call/ Texts will be responded to within 1-3 business days!
Which type of payment do you guys accept?
- MacCalla Essentials accepts ALL major credit cards. We are currently not accepting PayPal for business reasons!
